The landscape committee has put together a list of approved plantings should you wish to improve the outside of your property. This list, shown below, includes photos for those who are not familiar with the individual plants. Please use this as a guide, and remember that the BOD still needs to approve your choices. Notes:

• Because all land is Weybridge "Common Property", any change to landscaping must be requested using and ARB Form, and be accepted by the Board of Directors.
• After an owner gets ARB Approval for planting "annuals" they must remove them at the season end. These plantings can not interfere with the landscapers trimming of other plantings.
• Keep in mind that all flowering plantings need a minimum of 6 hours of direct sun to do well.
• No fruit trees are permitted, as they attract rodents.
